Creamed Spinach Quiche

Preparation

Heat the oven to 180°C, then unwrap the slab of puff pastry (previously thawed) and line a family tart dish.
Prick the dough using a fork. Beat the eggs and cream until the ingredients are fully mixed.
Then add the drained tuna and creamed spinach (previously prepared according to the instructions on the packaging, or simply thawed) beat again until a homogeneous mixture.
Taste, and check whether the taste is to your liking (you can always add salt, pepper or another spice of your choice). Place the mixture in the tart dish and put it into the oven for about 30 minutes. Golden and delicious, ready to eat.

2 cans of tuna in brine
