Preparation
Without thawing, place the product in a frying pan, setting aside the potatoes. Cut the ham into strips and soak them for 5 minutes in hot water, then drain them.
Add the ham to the cod and cook over a low heat.
Then add the potato, mix, drizzle with the previously beaten eggs and stir until the eggs are thoroughly cooked.
Remove from the heat, pour into a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Garnish with olives and serve with a salad or cooked vegetables.
