Product based on a batter containing a mixture of shredded cod, onion, parsley and spices.

Frying pan 3 to 5 minutes
Frying pan: Fry without thawing in abundant hot oil (180°C), until obtaining a golden and even color, for approximately 3 to 5 minutes. To avoid cooling down of oil temperature, fry few units at a time.

Frying pan 5 a 7 minutes
Frying pan: Thaw the product at room temperature for 6 to 8 hours or for 10 to 12 hours in a refrigerator.
Fold the dough well so that it becomes uniform.
Remove portions of dough according to the desired size and place in abundant hot oil (180°C) for about 5 to 7 minutes.
To avoid cooling down of oil temperature, fry few units at a time.
Advice: After frying, remove any released particles. Check the oil. If it contains foam bubbles and/or has a cloudy and dark appearance, replace it entirely.
Note: This is a deep-frozen food. To preserve the quality of this product, do not refreeze after thawing.
