Product made from a mixture of shredded cod in a sauce made from olive oil, onion, garlic, carrot and béchamel sauce.
Instructions for use
Oven 35 to 45 minutes
Microwave 7 to 9 minutes
Traditional oven: Preheat oven to 180°C for 5 minutes.
Without prior thawing, remove the protective outer plastic film and place the container in the oven.
Leave to heat up for the indicated time and leave to brown until golden.
Microwave: Without prior thawing, remove the protective outer plastic film, cover with film or a microwave lid, heat at around 700W for the time indicated above. If the microwave has a grill, uncover and leave to brown until golden.
Advice: The times mentioned are average times and should be adjusted according to the equipment used.
Suggestion: Enrich your meal with a salad or vegetables.
Note: This is a deep-frozen food. To preserve the quality of this product, do not refreeze after thawing.
